In this role you will translate historical financial data into a global growth roadmap, partnering with FP&A, Legal, Operations, and Sales to steer profitable initiatives. You will build and maintain integrated financial models to inform strategic decisions and support scaling across markets.You will evaluate risks and opportunities through scenario analysis, driving agile, data-backed FP&A processes. Compensaciones / Beneficios- Understand historical financials and KPIs to extract actionable insights
- Develop and maintain complex, integrated financial models for strategic initiatives
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risks and opportunities
- Conduct financial analyses across group operations to identify performance improvements
- Define and track key reports such as monthly management accounts, market performance, and financial KPIs
- Gain knowledge across business areas to advise growth initiatives and structures
- Challenge FP&A processes to introduce agile and efficient improvements
- +2 years experience in Transaction Advisory, Consulting, Corporate Finance, or similar roles
- Background in finance, economics or engineering is preferred
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Deep knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow interactions
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
