Your role supports short-, mid-, and long-term planning and contributes to management reporting and strategic reviews. You help drive fact-based decisions through data quality, cross-functional collaboration, and executive-facing insights. This is a growth-focused role in a global, fast-evolving tech environment.

• Assess business cases for new and existing products and services with cost center owners and senior leaders
• Report actuals and plan performance across P&L, profitability by product/project/customer, and operational KPIs
• Ensure data quality and transparency in reporting
• Contribute to multi-year planning and participate in performance and strategy reviews
• Collaborate with Group FP&A and Analytics to prepare the monthly management reporting package, analyze deviations, and propose improvements
• Build strong relationships with divisional, functional, and regional management to enable fact-based decisions
• Engage with executive management and influence key business decisions

• Finance-related university degree or equivalent experience in international context
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Good team-player with ability to build relationships and negotiate/influence
• Adaptability to different cultures and changing environments
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of Hyperion, Microsoft Dynamics, and PowerBI is an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
