AtCBRE-Streetsense, we are looking for an Experience Strategist focused on thehospitality market (F&B preferred), ideally with a hybrid background inconsulting firms and operators (preferably within the hotel industry).This rolesits at the intersection of business strategy and experience design. Theobjective is to shape hospitality concepts that not only create compellingguest experiences but also drive commercial performance and asset value.
The idealcandidate understands that experience design in hospitality must ultimatelytranslate into revenue generation, financial performance, and investment value,and is comfortable working with both creative and financial frameworks.
KeyResponsibilities- Integrateexperience strategy and business strategy as a core component ofCBRE-Streetsense’s hospitality consulting projects.
- Lead thedevelopment of experience-driven hospitality concepts—from market and audienceanalysis to brand positioning, storytelling, and guest journey definition.
- Connectguest experience design with commercial logic, ensuring that concepts translateinto revenue opportunities and asset value creation.
- Contribute to the definition of hotel positioning, product strategy, andexperience architecture, aligning brand, operations, and financial performance.
- Supportthe development of F&B strategies and concepts as a key lever within theoverall hospitality experience.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to translate strategic concepts intospatial, operational, and business requirements.
- Supportthe creation of experience programming and activations aligned with both brandnarrative and commercial objectives.
- Contribute to the commercial development and strategic positioning ofCBRE-Streetsense’s hospitality advisory practice.
- Degree inHospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Design Strategy, or relatedfields.
- 5 to 10years of experience in hospitality strategy, operations, consulting, orexperience design, ideally with exposure to hotel and F&B environments.
- Strongexpertise in experience strategy methodologies, including brand platformdevelopment, concept development, and customer journey design.
- Strongfinancial and business acumen, with the ability to interpret financial models,understand key hospitality KPIs, and translate experience concepts intocommercial impact.
- Provenability to connect experience design with revenue generation, profitability,and asset value creation.
- Understanding of hospitality operations including F&B positioning, spatialstrategy, and service design.
- Strongprofessional network in the hospitality sector (operators, brands, chefs,suppliers, etc.).
- Proficient in English.
- Strongcommand of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience working on hotel repositioning, concept creation, or assetenhancement projects.
- Abilityto translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Illustrator) forcreating presentations and visual briefs.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Proven experience in maintenance planning, facilities management, or a similar roleStrong knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and work order management
Good organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Maintenance Tech Apprentice position is $41, 600 annually and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Tech Apprentice position is $41, 600 annually.The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
