As a Business Development Manager in Gartner’s Midsize Enterprise group, you will cultivate trust-based relationships with C-Level executives to uncover mission-critical priorities and demonstrate how Gartner can deliver client value. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closure—and ensure a fast transition of new clients to account management.This role sits in a high-growth sales culture that targets mid-market accounts across global regions. You’ll engage with cross-functional partners to bring Gartner’s offerings to life and contribute to quota attainment.

- Drive high-quality pipeline through multi-touch prospecting and campaigns
- Own end-to-end sales conversations, negotiations, and closure, transitioning new clients to account management
- Conduct calls with C-Level prospects to qualify, demonstrate capabilities, and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to present Gartner through portal walkthroughs and proofs of concept
- Transition new accounts to account management for a fast start to client value
- Meet or exceed annual territory quota
- 1+ years’ B2B sales experience
- Experience selling to and/or influencing C-Level Executives
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proven ability to manage and forecast a complex sales process
- Willingness to live within a commutable distance to the role location
- Bachelor's degree desired
