Experteer Overview

As UK ecommerce lead for Revlon, you own the Amazon portfolio for Revlon Professional and American Crew, plus drive diversification into Pure Players. You’ll shape strategy with AVS and the EMEA team, own Pu0026amp;L performance, and lead Joint Business Planning to grow revenue and margins.

You’ll also broaden channel resilience by growing Pure Player partnerships and embedding ecommerce best practices across the organization. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management of forecasts, promotions, and content to drive category leadership.

  • Own the UK Amazon account for Revlon Professional and American Crew
  • Lead Amazon JBPs, KPI governance, and commercial negotiations
  • Manage AVS relationships and align with EMEA on strategy and execution
  • Own Amazon Pu0026L with forecasting, pricing, promotions, availability, and media effectiveness
  • Drive Pure Player growth and channel diversification beyond Amazon
  • Develop scalable trade agreements and ecommerce charters with partners
  • Coach Account Managers to embed ecommerce in customer plans
  • Forecast, track and report ecommerce KPIs, translate insights into actions
  • Collaborate with Brand Management on online activation and category vision
  • Improve availability, logistics and service levels through cross-functional work
Responsabilidades
  • 3+ years in ecommerce with direct ownership of Pure Player / e-retailer accounts
  • Proven experience leading Amazon JBPs and AVS relationships
  • Strong ecommerce Pu0026L ownership with forecasting and budget management
  • Numerical with margin-management skills
  • Strong negotiator and influencer with stakeholders
  • Confident communicator and presenter with ability to simplify complex topics
  • Entrepreneurial, results-driven with strong analytical capability and knowledge of ecommerce KPIs, media metrics and promotions
