In this role you will drive Azure-based solutions for partners and customers, combining technical expertise with sales support. You will work with the partner base and sales teams to design architectures, estimate costs, and prepare proposals while maintaining SLAs.You’ll act as a technical reference, share best practices, and support Azure adoption across the ecosystem. Compensaciones / Beneficios- Collaborate with sales to design, size, and configure Azure solutions including architecture definitions and BOMs.
- Deliver high-quality technical service and ensure alignment with SLAs for partners and stakeholders.
- Utilize internal tools (Azure Pricing Calculator, Partner Center, Solution Workspace) for proposals.
- Own the Request Manager resolver group and manage technical inquiries end-to-end.
- Respond to technical questions on Azure solutions, cloud architecture, and configurations.
- Share product updates and cloud best practices to internal and external audiences.
- Manage Microsoft Azure promotions and cloud programs to maximize partner benefits.
- Maintain peer-level relationships with Microsoft as a technical reference within the Azure BU.
- Progress toward Azure expertise with relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305).
- Collaborate with the Business Solution Centre to support presales activities, demos, PoCs, and Azure adoption.
- Provide basic post-sales technical support such as initial configurations and architecture validation.
- Continuously deepen knowledge of Azure services and related technologies to guide the channel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical concepts to varied audiences.
- High attention to detail with strong prioritization and planning abilities.
- Knowledge of IT ecosystem, Microsoft channel, distributors, and partners is desirable.
- Previous exposure to cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure, is desirable.
- Eagerness to pursue Azure certifications as part of professional development.
- Analytical mindset to translate requirements into cost-effective, scalable proposals.
