Senior/Lead Specialist Solution Engineer - Spanish speaker

You’ll enable the broader team and contribute to product feedback to improve the customer experience. This is a cross-functional, impact-driven position within Salesforce’s SPM Solution Engineering team, centered on customer success and scalable growth.

• Partner with Account Executives to understand customer goals throughout the sales cycle
• Present executive-level product demonstrations highlighting SPM value
• Serve as SME with clients through demonstrations and technical discovery
• Create new solutions using innovative thinking to enable customer initiatives
• Execute enablement activities (webinars, best practices, knowledge sharing) for customers and peers
• Enable the broader Solution Engineering team and cross-functional distribution to position SPM within Salesforce
• Maintain deep expertise in all SPM applications and Salesforce platform
• Engage with sales and product teams to provide feedback and identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with Account Executives to leverage internal resources and close enterprise deals

• Prior experience using Salesforce as power user or admin
• Salesforce Certifications a plus (Administrator, Architect)
• Experience with enterprise-level clients in Pre-Sales or Solution Engineering
• Excellent speaking and presentation skills (in-person and web)
• Strong writing skills for internal and external communications
• Strong time management to handle multiple projects and cycles
• Creative mindset to develop solutions for enterprise customers
• Business acumen to transform client processes toward goals
