About the Role
Are you a Spanish speaker and looking for a remote opportunity? Join an international customer support team supporting users of a global digital platform, while working comfortably from home within Greece.

Key Responsibilities- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with account inquiries, bookings, changes, cancellations, and payments
- Resolve customer issues efficiently with a customer-focused approach
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal procedures
- Manage a high volume of customer interactions while ensuring quality
- Collaborate with remote team members to achieve service-level targets
- Spanish language: C1–C2 level
- English: B2 level
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setup
- 100% remote work from Greece
