As Senior Product Manager for Fraud Prevention, you lead the end-to-end strategy and delivery of customer-centric fraud controls across Ebury’s financial products and journeys. You’ll collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Engineering, Data and Security to safeguard customers and assets while expanding fraud capabilities across new verticals and rails.You drive real-time and pre-authorization controls, align with regulatory needs, and shape a scalable program that reduces losses and false positives with minimal friction. This role offers high impact in a fast-growing fintech focused on global growth.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Lead and translate fraud research into a focused product strategy aligned with Financial Crime Intelligence goals
- Own fraud controls across transactional, document, and behavioural fraud domains
- Detect abnormal user behaviour in onboarding, authentication, and payment journeys
- Create a clear, actionable roadmap addressing fiat, fiat-to-crypto, crypto-to-crypto, and card/payment flows
- Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Data Science and Security to ensure effective controls and model behavior
- Manage vendor evaluations, integrations, and data/transaction schemas with Engineering
- Define real-time and pre-authorisation controls and risk-based friction strategies
- Translate regulatory and risk requirements into concrete product requirements
- 4+ years as a Product Manager
- 2+ years developing Anti-Fraud products
- Domain expertise in card or transfer/payment fraud
- Experience managing AI products (nice to have) and customer-facing products
- Experience leading vendor evaluations and integrations
- Analytical thinking and ability to contribute to system design discussions
