As Senior Product Manager in Ebury’s Financial Crime Intelligence domain, you own Transaction Monitoring across fiat, crypto, card and hybrid flows, acting as domain lead interfacing with Compliance, Engineering, and Data. You balance growth with risk, using data to identify pain points and optimise controls.You define the strategy and actionable roadmap for multiple transaction types and evolve monitoring rules and predictive models to align with regulatory frameworks. You collaborate across lines of defence and with data science to ensure regulator-ready, scalable solutions that enable growth in traditional and digital asset rails.

- Define the strategy for your area and align with domain goals
- Create a clear roadmap across fiat fiat, fiat-to-crypto (stablecoins), crypto-to-crypto, and card spends
- Define and evolve Transaction Monitoring rules, scenarios, risk typologies, and predictive AI models with different compliance frameworks
- Drive improvements in false positives reduction, alert quality, and operational scalability
- Partner with first-line and second-line operational and compliance teams for effective controls
- Collaborate with Data Science on predictive models and understand production behavior
- Support regulatory reviews and audits with strong product narratives
- Translate regulatory AML requirements into clear product requirements and work with Engineering on vendor integrations (blockchain analytics, travel rule)
- 4+ years as a Product Manager
- 2+ years working on AML / Transaction Monitoring products
- Hands-on exposure to crypto transaction monitoring (stablecoins) or VASP compliance
- Experience with blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic)
- Experience with travel rule tools (Notabene, Sumsub)
- Experience leading vendor evaluations, integrations, and performance management
- Analytical thinking and proficiency with system design discussions
- Ability to influence across functions and geographies to drive alignment and execution
