As Senior Product Manager for KYC/KYB, you own the end-to-end lifecycle of client onboarding and ongoing risk assessment within Ebury’s Financial Crime Intelligence domain. You define and translate strategy into a practical roadmap, balancing customer experience with regulatory compliance and growth.You will lead cross-functional collaboration to implement risk scoring, due diligence, and event-driven reviews across individuals, SMEs, and complex corporates. This role offers impact at scale as you help enable global growth with robust compliance.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Own the KYC/KYB lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing reviews
- Define strategy and align it with product goals and company direction
- Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps for KYC/KYB flows
- Manage jurisdiction-specific onboarding and regulatory requirements
- Improve KYC/KYB journeys, risk rating frameworks, and review processes
- Collaborate with compliance and operations to ensure controls are audit-ready
- Coordinate with data teams on risk scoring, enrichment, and monitoring
- Work with engineering on data models, entity resolution, and workflow orchestration
- 4+ years in Product Management in fintech, payments, or regulated financial services
- 2+ years on KYC/KYB or onboarding products
- Strong understanding of CDD, EDD, and corporate verification
- Experience with risk scoring systems, workflows, data enrichment, and third-party integrations
- Analytical thinker with ability to discuss system design
- Proven ability to influence across functions and geographies
- Nice to have: Engineering degree or related technical field
- Nice to have: experience serving B2B and B2B2C platforms
