As Senior Product Manager for Name & Payment Screening in FinCrime, you own the screening domain across onboarding, monitoring and transactions. You drive strategy and a practical roadmap, collaborating with Compliance, Engineering and Data to automate and refine screening, reduce false positives, and support scalable global growth.You’ll work with vendor integrations, AI-driven precision, and cross-geo teams to strengthen controls while improving customer experience. This role offers meaningful impact in a fast-evolving fintech landscape and a path to leadership.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Own the Name Screening & Payment Screening product area across onboarding, monitoring and transactions for clients and counterparties
- Define and align the area strategy with domain goals and company direction
- Translate strategy into a actionable roadmap across fiat-fiat, fiat-crypto, crypto-crypto, and card spends
- Optimize sanctions, PEP and adverse media list sources per compliance frameworks
- Use data/research to reduce pain points and improve fuzziness scores
- Leverage AI to improve screening precision (risk-based matching, alert scoring, suppression, de-duplication)
- Partner with first/second line ops and compliance to ensure effective, audit-ready controls
- Collaborate with Data Science on predictive AI models and understand production behavior
- Translate regulatory and risk requirements into concrete product requirements
- Work with Engineering on vendor integrations, event schemas, data models, and system performance
- 4+ years' experience as a Product Manager
- 2+ years working on Screening products
- Strong understanding of name screening, sanctions and watchlist concepts, matching logic, fuzziness and thresholds
- Experience with third-party screening vendors in regulated financial services
- Experience leading vendor evaluations, integrations, and performance management
- Analytical thinking and ability to engage in system design discussions
- Proven ability to influence across functions and geographies to drive alignment
