Legal Counsel

Job Summary:

We are currently looking to strengthen our Legal team with a Legal Counsel who can actively contribute to key projects, particularly e-commerce and international pharmaceutical distribution. As part of the Legal Department, you will act as a trusted business partner, working closely with different stakeholders and providing pragmatic, solution-oriented legal support, particularly in e-commerce, digital law, intellectual property, and international contracting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising the e-commerce business on day-to-day legal matters, including digital law, consumer protection, data protection, and intellectual property.
• Managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and coordinating signature workflows in line with corporate governance policies.
• Supporting international expansion projects, ensuring compliance and scalability across jurisdictions, particularly for cross-border commercial and pharmaceutical distribution agreements.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams such as Compliance, Data Protection, and Corporate.

For this role we require:

• Law degree (or equivalent) with 2-4 years of professional experience, ideally gained in an in-house legal department or a law firm.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills in English and Spanish. Additional European languages, especially German, is a strong plus.
• A proactive and agile mindset, with the ability to act as a business partner and drive matters forward efficiently.
• Strong commercial awareness and a business-oriented approach to legal advice.
• A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, international environment.
