Your Mission:
We are currently looking to cover a temporary maternity leave within our Legal Department by appointing a Legal Counsel who will provide general legal support to key areas of the business. As part of the Legal Department, you will work closely with business stakeholders and act as a trusted partner, providing reliable, solution-oriented legal support.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Advise all departments of the group's subsidiaries on any legal issues they encounter in their day-to-day operations (including, for example, matters relating to commercial law, pharmaceutical law, competition law, advertising law, etc.).
- Draft, review and lead the negotiation of any type of commercial contract required by internal stakeholders (e.g. confidentiality agreements, manufacturing, distribution, licensing, master service agreement, etc.), following established templates and policies.
- Prepare or oversee the preparation of all necessary corporate documentation for subsidiaries and maintain up-to-date corporate records.
- Coordinate external legal advisers and manage communication with authorities and courts.
- Ensure that all legal documentation relating to subsidiaries is properly maintained archived.
- Provide occasional support to finance and compliance‑related legal matters, as needed.

You'll excel if you have...- At least 5 years' experience as an in-house legal counsel or in a law firm. Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or pharmaceutical sectors would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of financial law will be a plus.
- Proactive, agile, able to work as a business partner and cooperate across functions, and highly motivated to achieve results.
- Willing to actively promote and facilitate close collaboration between local business units and the global legal team.
- Possesses a strong commercial mindset and a business-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English (C1); fluency in Italian would be an advantage.
