Experteer Overview

You will liaise with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to governance of contract-related documents. This hybrid role combines practical legal work with process improvement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Oversee and advise on Investigator contract responses
• Advise on contract language and commercial terms
• Consult on Investigator Contracts for PMs, project teams, and Sponsors
• Coordinate and assign tasks within the team
• Review and develop Clinical Investigator Agreements and MSAs
• Liaise with patient recruitment, finance, and other departments/regions
• Manage local country-specific legal vendor networks
• Provide status reports and training on Investigator contracts
• Develop processes, procedures and standard templates
• Consult on contract language, budget development, and site-specific requests
• Maintain open communication to finalize study agreements
• Capture knowledge to support team learnings
• Travel ~10% for domestic and international work
• Attend bid defense meetings as appropriate
• Assist with other tasks as appropriate

• Qualified lawyer with 2–5 years in commercial contract negotiations
• Experience in-house in pharmaceutical/CRO/biotech/medical device or in a top commercial law firm
• Ability to evaluate complex legal issues and provide pragmatic business solutions
• Strong drafting, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and present concise conclusions
• Strong problem-solving and risk assessment abilities
• Team player with collaboration across functions and seniority levels
• Excellent interpersonal skills and influencing ability
• Self-starter with initiative and strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, Windows)
