Experteer Overview

As Director, you lead national accounts and the Vision Care field sales team to achieve sales targets while driving customer satisfaction in a large market. You’ll shape selling strategies, including digital and remote methods, and collaborate across marketing, medical, and sales to influence pricing, contracts, and product introductions.

Your leadership will develop high-performing teams and strengthen key account relationships to expand market share. This role offers an opportunity to impact eye care access and outcomes in Europe from Barcelona or Lisbon.

  • Develop and service national accounts and manage key relationships, aiming for preferred vendor status
  • Create customer development strategies and action plans for assigned accounts, including contract negotiations
  • Lead strategy and tactical planning to meet sales and performance targets
  • Define and implement innovative selling methods (digital/remote selling)
  • Analyze market conditions and competitive intelligence to inform decisions
  • Organize customer events with marketing/medical teams
  • Map stakeholders and perform segmentation/profiling
  • Train and coach the sales team, overseeing day-to-day operations
  • Communicate marketing information to field sales and support pricing, presentations, and new products
  • Ensure delivery of sales targets and increased market share
Responsabilidades
  • 10+ years of Sales & Marketing experience with proven commercial management success
  • Experience in Eye Care, Medical Devices, or FMCG
  • Strong leadership with a track record of developing teams
  • Excellent crossfunctional collaboration skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong business acumen
  • Native or strong Spanish; English mandatory for European collaboration; Portuguese a plus
  • Based in Barcelona or Lisbon; field-based role with frequent travel
  • Availability from August 24 for mandatory national sales meeting
