Experteer Overview

As Head of GEO / AI Search Optimization, you will own Lodgify’s generative engine optimization and establish it as a core acquisition and brand authority channel. You will lead strategy, roadmap, and budget, collaborating across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Growth to maximize visibility on AI-powered discovery surfaces.

You’ll shape product directions for GEO discoverability, drive revenue alignment, and build automation loops that scale content and data signals. This role offers high-impact ownership in a fast-moving, AI-driven growth environment with a global, remote-friendly team.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
  • Define and lead Lodgify's GEO strategy as a core acquisition and brand channel within the GTM framework
  • Align executives on channel OKRs, measurement, and strategic direction for GEO
  • Own the GEO roadmap and budget, prioritizing initiatives and resource allocation
  • Influence product roadmap for GEO discoverability: site architecture, structured data, content formats, AI access protocols, indexation
  • Connect GEO to revenue: align with Sales and Revenue on pipeline, intent mapping, and ICP visibility
  • Build and own AI-enabled automation workflows across content, GEO optimization, and distribution
  • Collaborate with Marketing to embed GEO thinking in campaigns and thought leadership
  • Defend and grow foundational SEO (technical health, crawlability, on-page optimization, links)
  • Act as Lodgify's internal authority on AI search, educating stakeholders and translating market dynamics
  • Drive share of model by improving citations, entity authority, structured data, and citation strategies
  • Build measurement infrastructure: dashboards and workflows to track performance and visibility
  • Lead GEO-focused experiments and product integrations with developers, agencies, and AI partners
Responsabilidades
  • 8+ years in SEO, organic growth, or AI search optimization
  • 3+ years in leadership or channel-ownership role
  • Proven track record delivering results with GEO, programmatic SEO, or AI-enabled content workflows
  • Experience owning a search or organic channel strategy
  • Deep expertise in LLMs retrieval, chunking, and content citation for AI-powered search
  • Experience influencing cross-functional roadmaps with Product, Engineering, and Sales
  • Ability to drive engineering/product prioritization without direct authority
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to define KPIs and communicate performance to non-technical audiences
  • Executive communication skills and ability to advocate strategy to leadership
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments
