Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead Marketing Operations for the SEU region, overseeing finance operations, contract management, and process optimization to enable fast, compliant marketing delivery. You will partner with Finance, Legal and Marketing to implement a scalable Operating Model and ensure timely, high-quality execution of initiatives.You’ll drive data-driven decisions and maintain clear, cross-functional communication to support growth in Southern Europe. This is a chance to shape how SEU Marketing operates at scale within a global brand. You’ll work in a dynamic, agile environment and manage key projects that impact revenue and efficiency.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Oversee marketing finance administration including POs, accruals and invoicing
- Manage legal contract processes including renewals and new agreements
- Support development and integration of the SEU Marketing Operating Model
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder communication and training
- Identify and implement efficient processes to improve SEU Marketing operations
- Lead and manage specific projects to meet business objectives and deadlines
- Provide data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency
- Track operational risks and issues with recommended mitigations
- Ensure marketing outputs are compliant, documented, automated and traceable
- Serve as lead coordinator for SEU Marketing operations, workshops, and activities
- Proven experience in marketing operations within a large, complex organization
- Experience with marketing finance administration and related systems
- Experience with legal contract processes and documentation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to ambiguity
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset and numeracy skills
- Previous exposure to agile operations and process improvement
