Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the strategic engagement and content plan for PokerStars SEU, spanning France, Spain and Portugal. You will manage organic social, content, PR and blogs, shaping growth and retention of core communities while working with agencies and internal teams.You will set measurable objectives, drive a test-and-learn culture, and elevate our brand through entertaining content and strong media relationships. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role in a fast-growing business with global backing.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Lead the execution of engagement and content strategy for SEU markets (France, Spain, Portugal)
- Manage organic social, content, PR and blogs; oversee social and blog team and collaborate with agencies and Paid Media/Creative teams
- Implement Hero, Hub & Hygiene content model and drive growth/levers across poker organic channels
- Develop long-term strategies in Casino to raise product awareness and support SEO goals
- Set clear objectives and KPIs; lead test-and-learn with robust measurement and reporting
- Lead PR strategy and agency partnerships; pitch and leverage Live Events and Online Series assets
- Oversee Poker, Casino, and Sports blog channels and reinforce market-specific brand positions
- Collaborate with SEU Creative team to ensure consistent tone and brand assets
- Lead and develop a diverse team; implement streamlined processes and stakeholder communication
- Advocate for engagement and PR channels in regional growth and cross-market initiatives
- Strategic thinker with ability to translate business challenges into a clear plan based on research and experience
- Proven track record of growing and managing engagement channels and influencing KPIs like Brand Awareness, Share of Search, Share of Voice
- Experience with influencer/talent management
- Experience developing and leading a PR strategy with measurable outcomes (PR value, SEO impact)
- Experience in blog management and understanding its role in SEO
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Passion for social trends and content innovation; comfortable testing hypotheses
- Experience with analytics tools and reporting; budget management
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Passion for Casino and Poker; gambling industry experience is a strong plus
- Experience working with production, social, and PR agencies; international work experience; multilingual abilities advantageous
