Experteer Overview
As Senior Marketing Insights Analyst, you design and deliver marketing measurement solutions that drive investment decisions across SEU markets. You’ll partner with ad tech, paid media and engagement teams to integrate brand tracking, econometrics and share of search data into performance reporting.You will own analytics products, manage partner agencies, and translate complex insights into clear narratives for senior stakeholders. This role offers scope to shape brand and performance strategies at scale within Flutter’s growth environment.

- Integrate brand tracking and brand equity metrics into broader performance reporting
- Embed econometrics modelling to support investment decisions and ROI assessment
- Monitor and report share of search and market/competitor insights
- Support engagement and content teams with analysis to inform investments
- Provide regular performance narratives to stakeholders, identifying issues and opportunities
- Develop self-serve and automated reporting tools
- Support and integrate attribution models and budgeting/forecast insights
- Proven experience in marketing insight analysis and reporting, especially marketing effectiveness and customer journeys
- Strong analytics mindset with ability to answer business questions
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills for data transformation and presentation
- Strong SQL querying and data visualization knowledge (Power BI or equivalent)
- Experience developing and integrating attribution models
- Experience working with insights partners/agencies including Google
- Ability to communicate complex solutions to senior leadership
- Proactive learner with interest in latest measurement trends
- Storytelling with data for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organization, communication, and cross-department relationship-building skills
