Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the SEU Marketing strategy delivery by designing and embedding a robust operating model and agile project framework. You’ll lead cross-functional planning and execution, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.You’ll partner with Marketing, Commercial, Product and others to align priorities, resources and timelines. This role offers influence across the PokerStars Southern Europe remit with a focus on impactful, scalable delivery and strong stakeholder leadership.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Design and evolve the SEU Marketing Operating Model and project management framework
- Own end-to-end project delivery from concept through execution, evaluation and post-delivery optimisation
- Lead short-, mid-, and long-term planning for SEU Marketing initiatives (quarterly and annual cycles)
- Develop clear project plans with risks, dependencies, issues and escalation paths
- Improve ways of working to streamline processes and accelerate delivery
- Coordinate with creative, engagement, media, commercial and product leads to align priorities
- Provide clear stakeholder communication on progress, risks and decisions
- Coordinate resources and dependencies across projects for effective execution
- Serve as central point of contact for SEU Marketing project status updates
- Organise SEU Marketing planning sessions and workshops
- Build knowledge of internal systems/tools to ensure compliant agile delivery
- Provide line management and development support to direct reports
- Significant experience designing and embedding operating models and PM frameworks in complex, cross-functional settings
- Experience selecting and implementing PM tools across multiple teams
- Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Resilient and able to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to push back on timelines and priorities
- Proactive problem-solver with continuous improvement mindset
- Influential communicator able to drive outcomes through formal and informal channels
