In this role you will drive Spain-based agency sales to hit revenue targets, partnering with senior stakeholders to evangelise Netflix to advertisers. You will nurture agency relationships, craft account plans, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that leverage our premium content and audience insights.You’ll influence the advertising ecosystem while shaping measurement solutions with our partners. This is a strategic, cross-functional role at a high-growth moment for Netflix’s ad-supported model.

- Build and maintain strong agency relationships to secure ad partnerships and drive revenue
- Develop long-term relationships with key clients within portfolios
- Create sales strategies and plans for assigned accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign delivery
- Leverage Netflix's audience insights and content to drive revenue growth
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for innovation
- Approx. 8+ years of experience in media sales with a proven track record of revenue growth
- English and Spanish language skills
- Experience in programmatic
- TV and digital advertising experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of marketing objectives
- Ability to move from strategic thinking to operational tasks
- Deep understanding of the Media Agencies/Holding Companies
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally
