As Regional Director for Commercial Sales in Spain and Italy, you will lead a team selling to mid-market accounts. You’ll drive pipeline, forecast performance, and partner with marketing, product, and demand generation to solve customer pain points with Zscaler’s unique security platform.You’ll shape go-to-market execution in a fast-paced, AI-forward environment focused on impact and accountability. This role offers influence across regions and a chance to accelerate digital security for customers at scale.

- Forecast monthly, quarterly, and yearly and craft development plans for reps
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Demand Generation
- Act as executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans, generate pipeline, and close opportunities
- 2+ years leading successful sales teams in software or security
- Proven track record of over-achieving sales targets
- Experience with partners such as VARs and distribution
- Demonstrated experience hiring high-performing sales talent
- Experience selling to Commercial accounts (up to 5,000 employees) in Spain and Italy
