- 15+ years total experience
- 5+ years sales leadership in a high-growth SaaS company
- Proven track record in leading Account Executives
- Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Self-starter in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Spanish, Catalan and English
