In this role you lead and develop a team of Account Executives across Catalonia, Levante, and North of Spain, aligning with Salesforce’s AI-driven CRM mission. You’ll mentor, recruit, and coach while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and forecasting accuracy.

You’ll engage executive-level stakeholders and shape sales campaigns and demand-generation initiatives that accelerate customer engagement. This is a chance to impact how customers do business in an innovative, values-driven environment.

  • Lead and develop a quota-bearing sales team of Account Executives
  • Recruit, hire, and train new sales members on the sales process
  • Report on sales activity and forecast to senior management
  • Monitor team activity, track results, and drive demand-generation initiatives
  • Lead and participate in client/prospect meetings with cross-functional support
  • Develop and implement successful sales campaigns
  • Engage at C-level with enterprise customers
  • Coordinate with internal partners for consistent processes
  • Build corporate relationships and executive engagement to support success
Responsabilidades
  • 15+ years total experience
  • 5+ years sales leadership in a high-growth SaaS company
  • Proven track record in leading Account Executives
  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Self-starter in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Spanish, Catalan and English
