AI Transformation Lead (Strategy, Product & Hands-on Build)

You’ll collaborate across AI, Data, Engineering, and Business teams to translate challenges into value, with a focus on responsible risk management. This is a chance to drive a major AI transformation at a global bank and contribute to customer-centric growth.

• Identify high-impact AI opportunities and define AI roadmaps across business units
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions with measurable success metrics
• Develop AI prototypes and production components using Python
• Implement RAG pipelines, embeddings workflows, and orchestration logic
• Design, test, and optimize prompts with templates, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks
• Define scalable AI architectures (LLMs, vector databases, agent frameworks, MLOps)
• Lead cross-functional teams across AI, Data, Engineering, and Business
• Ensure production-grade performance, monitoring, and measurable business impact

• 3-4+ years in AI/ML, AI product, or AI transformation roles
• Proven experience deploying AI systems into production
• Experience in regulated environments, preferably banking
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• English and Spanish language proficiency
• Strong Python development skills
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases
• Experience with agentic workflows and orchestration frameworks (preferred)
• Knowledge of MLOps and evaluation pipelines (preferred)
• Experience with AWS or other cloud environments (preferred)
