The Role
Ensure the effective execution of the Digital Transformation and Process Excellence strategy, driving the implementation, adoption and tracking of key initiatives across the organization. This role will act as a direct support to the Head of Digital Transformation, taking ownership of day-to-day execution and ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into tangible business outcomes.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
Transformation Roadmap Execution- Translate strategic priorities into clear and actionable plans
- Lead the day-to-day follow-up of key initiatives (e.g., portfolio management systems, data architecture, analytics and AI use cases)
- Identify risks and blockers, and ensure timely resolution
- Drive accountability across teams to ensure delivery
- Design, structure and document scalable end-to-end processes
- Ensure effective implementation across teams and geographies
- Identify inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Promote simplification, standardization and automation
- Drive adoption of digital tools and processes across the organization
- Coordinate a network of internal stakeholders (e.g., focal points, champions)
- Identify resistance and proactively address it
- Support training, communication and engagement initiatives
- Build and maintain clear visibility on initiative status, risks and progress
- Define and monitor KPIs (e.g., adoption rates, data quality, time-to-answer)
- Prepare structured updates for senior management
- Ensure data-driven decision making
- Act as a key interface between business and technology teams
- Coordinate with Engineering, Asset Management, Finance, IT/Data and other departments
- Align priorities and ensure consistent execution across functions
- Coordinate key partners (e.g., technology providers, consultants)
- Ensure quality and alignment of deliverables
- Monitor performance, timelines and outcomes
- 6–10 years of experience in digital transformation, operations or consulting
- Proven experience in implementation and execution (not only strategy)
- Experience in complex, cross-functional environments
- Strong execution mindset and results orientation
- High level of organization and structured thinking
- Ability to operate and influence without direct authority
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
- Clear and effective communication, including with senior stakeholders
- Experience in energy, infrastructure or industrial sectors
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, project/portfolio management systems, AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
- Exposure to modern stack data ecosystem: databases, ETL tools & code, cloud environments and data analytics
