Experteer Overview

In this role you help transform Fever’s Customer Experience at scale by blending strategy, operations, and AI. You’ll partner with the Director of Operations and interact with senior leaders to challenge processes and drive end-to-end transformation.

You will lead AI-driven improvements to boost efficiency, automation, and customer satisfaction while shaping scalable solutions with cross-functional teams. This position offers global impact, high visibility, and the chance to steer AI-enabled changes in a fast-growing, international company.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

Challenge and redesign operational processes with emphasis on Quality Assurance and performance management
Identify and lead AI-driven initiatives to improve efficiency, automation, and customer satisfaction
Drive end-to-end transformation projects from problem definition to implementation
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, CX, Ops) to roll out scalable solutions
Contribute to strategic initiatives such as regional scaling, self-service/automation strategies, and productivity/cost optimization
Translate insights into actionable recommendations with company-wide impact for a 300+ person team

Responsabilidades

2-4 years of experience in top-tier consulting (MBB preferred) or similar high-performance environments
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive execution
Interest or experience in AI / automation / operations optimization
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
High ownership and ability to operate in fast-paced environments
Engineering background is a plus
Spanish and English are a must
