In this Strategy Associate role, you will help redefine Customer Experience at scale by merging strategy, operations, and AI. You will partner with senior leadership to challenge processes, drive transformation, and implement scalable solutions across a 300+ person team.Your work will span regional expansion, self-service, and automation initiatives with measurable impact on efficiency and customer satisfaction. Compensaciones / Beneficios- Challenge and redesign operational processes with emphasis on quality assurance and performance management
- Identify and lead AI-driven initiatives to improve efficiency, automation, and customer satisfaction
- Drive end-to-end transformation projects from problem definition to implementation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to roll out scalable solutions (Product, Data, CX, Ops)
- Contribute to strategic initiatives including regional scaling, self-service/automation, and productivity and cost optimization
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations with company-wide impact (supporting 300+ people)
- 2-4 years of experience in top-tier consulting (MBB preferred) or similar high-performance environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive execution
- Interest or experience in AI / automation / operations optimization
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- High ownership and ability to operate in fast-paced environments
- Engineering background is a plus
- Spanish and English are a must
