• Oversee advanced project plans and ensure alignment with Fever's objectives
• Collaborate with Market Research to analyze trends and identify growth opportunities
• Serve as the bridge between senior management and operational teams
• Manage relationships with key external partners to secure long-term collaborations
• Supervise the creation of strategic project documents and persuasive communications
• Lead communications to provide updates and align stakeholders
• Drive market-specific strategies adapting to different market dynamics
• Evaluate project scalability and impact to support business growth

• Native-level English proficiency
• Bachelor in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years in strategic project management or business development, preferably in tech or entertainment
• Advanced analytical skills with ability to apply insights to strategy
• Strong leadership and experience managing cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills for clear presentations and reports
• Innovative thinking with track record of growth opportunities
• Learning attitude and adaptability; strategic planning experience
• Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software
