Procurement Operations Analyst

You’ll help resolve issues, contribute to process improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to enable reliable operations. This entry-point role offers growth, hands-on guidance, and exposure to global procurement processes.

• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders consistent with policy and service levels
• Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across procurement activities
• Serve as first point of contact for internal teams on procurement questions
• Manage incoming requests via help desk and escalate issues when needed
• Support incident and problem management to identify and prevent recurrence
• Suggest and participate in process improvement initiatives
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and collaborations

• English proficiency; other languages are a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and systems
• Team player with ability to support smooth operations
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Some familiarity with procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba) or customer service systems (e.g., Jira)
