In this role you monitor consumption, reliability, and supplier data to optimize stock and support aircraft operations. You will manage AMOS data, develop SQL reports and dashboards, and mentor fellow analysts to raise data-driven decision making across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.You’ll act as a focal point for inventory planning and continuous improvement, shaping maintenance and procurement processes. This position offers impact through analytics at scale within a leading European low-cost airline.

- Manage reordering parameters across Maintenance Information Systems
- Develop and update strategic KPIs, SQL queries, and dashboards
- Analyze consumption and component reliability
- Identify trends and inefficiencies
- Optimize pool scopes and non-pool inventory levels
- Manage and report the department’s financial performance
- Manage and improve supplier and commercial data (price books, orders)
- Act as a liaison for internal stakeholders on inventory planning and data analysis
- Lead AMOS database management and custom reports without IT intervention
- Drive complex maintenance processes and AMOS–IT interface with Operations
- Lead IT-related innovation programs
- Oversee training and mentoring of Analysts
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations as primary liaison
- Lead workshops and present at internal and external forums
- University degree or equivalent higher education in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration or Economics
- Experience: minimum 4 years in Business Intelligence in a corporate environment, preferably Supply Chain
- Strong track record in the role within the department (≥2 years)
