In this role you will lead the Network Transformation roadmap within HP’s Service Supply Chain, shaping a digital, adaptive backbone for low-volume, high-mix service parts. You will partner with IT, operations, and external partners to drive innovations, optimize networks, and enable growth through new logistics capabilities.

You’ll balance delivery experience, cost, and resilience while guiding cross-functional teams through strategic initiatives. This is a high-impact opportunity to steer a multi-year supply chain transformation that supports HP’s service ambitions and sustainability goals.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

Define and deliver the strategic roadmap for Network transformation from concept to handover
Drive network design and optimization to balance cost, service, inventory, resilience, and sustainability
Develop network modeling capabilities for adaptation to disruptions and new business contexts
Foster cross-functional collaboration with IT, customer service, and partners; report progress to senior leadership
Support business growth by deploying new logistics capabilities for services
Create compelling business cases for transformation initiatives aligned with financial targets
Connect roadmaps to HP SC architectures and latest technology trends
Manage stakeholder relationships with internal and external partners to enable execution

Responsabilidades

Master's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years in a supply chain function
Experience with network management for international service supply chains in consumer electronics or enterprise hardware
Strong understanding of network design/optimization, transportation, warehousing, and distribution strategies
Experience with partner strategy design including selection, onboarding, and ongoing management
Proven track record in continuous improvement methodologies and transformation within matrixed organizations
