You will actively participate in digitization and use data to drive transformation across the organization.

• Lead the S·TACT process per product and BU quarterly to align inputs with local functions and decide productivity actions
• Advance the Fully Automated Supply Chain by upgrading TACT-related systems (S·TACT, O·TACT, H·TACT, datamart) and coordinating with NBO
• Steer Strategic Review sessions using marketing intelligence and competitor insights to guide behavior and actions in Power Zones
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to assess impacts of new production sites, plant closures, and wholesale contracts
• Coordinate cross-BU/RBU alignment on cross-border supply interactions to balance local P&Ls with global interests
• Contribute to digitization and automation efforts to drive the company’s digital transformation
• Collect, interpret, and use data effectively to support transformation and decision-making

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or Finance with Supply Chain education
• 5 years of experience in financial or business environments, ideally in operations and/or industrial sectors
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral); additional European languages are a plus
• Proven ability to analyze procurement data, quantify economic impacts, manage budgets, and ensure cost allocation for decisions
• Knowledge of production and distribution processes, production cost components, and logistics bottlenecks; experience with software applications and reporting; proficiency in supply planning and optimization tools
• Strong convincing communication and interpersonal skills to interface with sales, FICO, ROC, scheduling, and distribution teams
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly; data collection, interpretation, and use for digital transformation
