• Contribute to margin calculation processes focusing on pricing agreements and tariff structures
• Perform regular variance analysis on margins and tariff application, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions
• Monitor costs and operating metrics from delivery service suppliers across distribution centers
• Analyze economics of business units like Ship from Store and Fulfillment Centres
• Build and maintain a robust database of customer and supplier tariffs with traceability
• Calculate and validate invoices to customers and from suppliers; align tariff accruals with payables
• Support implementation and ongoing maintenance of a pricing engine to scale administrative operations
• Provide financial input during contract negotiations on pricing terms and their operational impact
• Collaborate on projects to automate and scale pricing and controlling processes
• Act as a point of contact for economics, controlling, tariffs and pricing queries for reporting cycles
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to validate supplier tariffs for logistics operations
• Contribute to the Business Plan delivery and monitoring of operating and HQ expenses

• Bachelor
• 3+ year experience in similar roles in fast-growth, international companies
• Excellent Excel skills
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central, Looker, Macros and Power Query (preferred)
• Fluent English
• Strong communication and people management skills with multicultural experience
• High motivation, results-driven, proactive problem-solver
• Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
