Experteer Overview

In this role you will shape and lead Allianz Technology’s global Talent Acquisition to attract and hire top IT talent at scale. You will partner with People, Culture, Sustainability, and business leaders to translate priorities into global hiring strategies and drive a data‑driven, efficient recruiting function.

You’ll manage a globally distributed team, optimize processes and governance, and enhance the candidate experience. This role offers the chance to influence executive hiring, employer branding, and strategic partnerships in a fast‑moving transformation.

  • Provide strategic leadership to globally distributed Talent Acquisition teams and the Employer Brand Lead
  • Transform recruitment into a globally streamlined, data-driven function
  • Partner with Executive Management, Talent Advisors, and HRBPs on hiring strategies
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill and executive roles, engaging strategic partners
  • Ensure data, process, governance, and systems compliance
  • Coordinate with Group People u0026 Culture for adoption of tools and initiatives
  • Monitor delivery of KPIs (time-to-hire, hiring experience, inclusion targets)
  • Activate tech EVP through channels, portals, events, and partnerships with universities and ecosystems
Responsabilidades
  • Experience (+10 years) in talent acquisition within a large multinational with hands-on operation in recruiting and global team leadership
  • Proven track record transforming in-house recruiting operations, processes, team capabilities, and systems
  • Experience partnering with business leaders, HR partners and CoE on confidential executive search
  • Commercial mindset with budget, vendor, and flexible resourcing management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in high-change environments
  • Curiosity and ability to integrate AI into processes (Gen AI, Copilot, ChatGPT)
  • Relevant degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; advanced degree or certification a plus
