As Head of Talent Acquisition, you lead a global recruitment team to attract top talent, partnering with senior leaders to shape hiring strategy and candidate experience. You drive operational excellence and use data to optimize processes. You’ll scale programs and innovate approaches to build a best-in-class TA function that supports Glovo’s growth as a leading multi-country marketplace.

• Lead an end-to-end recruitment team of 8–15 people responsible for research, sourcing, assessment, management, offers, negotiation and acceptance
• Coach hiring managers and recruiters to maintain high-quality recruitment standards
• Improve existing programs and develop innovative strategies to attract top talent
• Utilize ATS reports, dashboards, and tools to illustrate recruiting pipeline and results
• Partner with senior leaders within the global business unit to advise on market trends, compensation, and talent strategy

• 8+ years of experience in recruiting in fast-paced environments (preferably scale-up or tech)
• Experience managing a team of 6+ TA professionals
• Proven collaboration with senior hiring managers and business leaders
• Experience hiring across a variety of roles/levels internationally
• Strong networking skills and ability to establish recruiting partnerships
• Metrics-oriented with data-backed recruiting strategy and a focus on candidate experience
• Ability to influence decision-makers and senior leaders on hiring decisions
