As Head of Tech Talent Acquisition, you will craft and execute a scalable talent strategy to grow Product, Engineering, and Data teams with speed, quality, and diversity. You’ll lead a senior recruiting team, partnering with C-level and tech leaders to shape org design, hiring roadmaps, and workforce planning.Expect to build scalable TA systems, elevate leadership capability, and drive data-informed hiring decisions that become a competitive advantage. This role blends strategy, leadership, and hands-on implementation to advance Glovo’s tech momentum.

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Tech Recruiters with clear quality, speed, and candidate experience standards
- Balance delivery and leadership by allocating roles effectively and stepping in where impact is highest
- Raise hiring quality through structured assessments, calibration, and bar-raising culture
- Leverage data and market intelligence to improve funnel health, time-to-hire, diversity, and predictability
- Drive sourcing strategy, employer branding within tech communities, and candidate experience enhancements
- Partner with leadership, marketing, and employer branding to craft compelling narratives for top talent
- 6+ years of Technical Talent Acquisition experience
- 3+ years of leadership and scaling TA in international, high-growth environments
- Proven track record defining and executing hiring strategies for complex tech orgs
- Strong business acumen partnering with senior Tech leaders
- Deep understanding of software engineering, architecture, data, product development
- Ability to operate strategically and operationally, driving impact through others
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
- Experience building scalable recruiting orgs, processes, and capability frameworks
- Strong leadership presence to influence senior stakeholders
