As Global Head of Media Data at Puig, you will build and lead a centre of excellence across Paid, Owned and Earned media data to drive smarter investment decisions and scalable AI use cases. You will position media data as a strategic asset, partnering with Business, Tech and Data governance to ensure data quality and activation.You will define global strategy, governance, data products and end-to-end measurement frameworks, delivering measurable business impact. This role offers the opportunity to transform how media data informs strategy across markets and brands within an entrepreneurial, international culture.

- Position media data as a strategic asset supporting business growth and transformation
- Build a long-term vision integrating measurement, consumer understanding and AI-driven use cases
- Lead end-to-end media measurement strategy including attribution frameworks and brand/performance measurement
- Oversee econometric and advanced analytics to quantify marketing impact and optimize investments
- Drive holistic cross-channel performance measurement
- Define and enforce global media data standards (tracking, tagging, taxonomy) and KPI harmonization
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability across markets/platforms
- Partner with Tech and Data Governance to build a robust ecosystem
- Structure media data into reusable data products and drive adoption across brands and markets
- Transform complex analyses into actionable business recommendations
- Build strong narratives linking media performance, consumer behavior and business outcomes
- Act as a trusted partner for senior stakeholders on media investment decisions
- Interface between Business, Media, Tech and external partners
- Collaborate with Global/Local Marketing, Agencies, Vendors and Data/Tech teams
- Lead the capability-building and development of advanced analytics, data product mindset and business translation of insights
- Create a culture of excellence, ownership and innovation
- 12+ years in media analytics, data, or digital performance roles
- Strong experience in advanced measurement (MMM, attribution, econometrics)
- Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional programs
- Experience leading teams and building data capabilities at scale
- Background in consumer goods, beauty, or luxury is a strong plus
