Experteer Overview
In this role you will build and lead a world-class executive search function to shape Glovo’s Talent House. You’ll personally deliver critical leadership hires while coaching a small team of executive recruiters. You’ll partner with the Executive Team and Board as a strategic advisor on leadership and succession, strengthening the leadership bench.You’ll blend hands-on execution with strong people leadership to raise the bar for senior talent globally. This role offers high impact across culture, leadership, and organization-wide performance.

- Build and coach a 3–4 person executive recruiting team with clear standards for quality, pace, and candidate experience
- Partner with Executive Team, Board, and senior leaders on executive hiring, leadership capabilities, and succession planning
- Balance hands-on delivery with team leadership, prioritizing roles and allocating searches
- Maintain a global network of senior leaders and engage talent ahead of business needs
- Ensure an outstanding, human, values-led candidate experience across searches
- Leverage market insights, data, and hiring metrics to inform decisions and raise leadership standards
- 8+ years hiring executive/senior leadership across multiple functions and international environments
- 3+ years leading an executive search team
- Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and boards, with impact at the highest level
- Deep expertise in executive assessment
- Strong networking and relationship-building to access top-tier talent globally
- Strategic-minded with hands-on execution ability
- Data and insight oriented, using market intelligence and metrics to guide decisions while preserving candidate experience
- Commitment to building diverse, high-performing leadership teams
