• Lead and evolve a centralized DevQA program across platforms and teams
• Define and champion QA best practices from concept to live ops
• Establish robust internal and external QA workflows meeting quality standards
• Provide leadership and career development for QA leaders and teams
• Develop metrics and processes to measure quality and operational excellence
• Foster strong collaboration with external development partners and cross-functional teams
• Explore and pilot AI-driven QA solutions to enhance release quality
• Communicate risks, issues, and successes to stakeholders and leadership
• Drive process improvement and accountability for quality in product development
• Advocate for QA as a core project priority and influence product decisions

• 9+ years in quality assurance
• 4+ years of management experience leading QA teams
• Proven experience leading DevQA
• Experience in working within a development game team
• End-to-end validation experience for critical systems or applications
• Ability to influence change to achieve high product quality
• Deep understanding of cross-platform titles (mobile, PC, consoles)
• Experience with AAA titles and distributed/global teams
• Excellent English communication, planning, project and people management
• Understanding of SDLC, QA processes, and change management
• Ability to interface with Senior Management and handle multiple priorities
