Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the end-to-end architecture across Pharmaceutical Technology, Quality Control, and Global Quality Assurance, connecting data, AI/ML, applications and platforms to deliver tangible business outcomes in a regulated environment.You’ll shape a multi-year architecture vision for a global portfolio and drive coherence, standardization and risk-aware decision making. You’ll enable faster, safer decisions from lab to plant to release, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale value.
This is a hands-on leadership role that shapes the technology ecosystem and supports patient impact at global scale.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Provide coordinated mentorship across business, data science, intelligent systems, application development and technology areas linked to pharmaceutical tech and QA
- Define and own architecture principles, protocols and 1–5 year roadmaps aligned with corporate and regulatory needs
- Act as authority for major architecture decisions; approve solution blueprints and guide segment architectures
- Rationalize and simplify portfolio to reduce risk and total cost of ownership while improving data reliability
- Participate in steering teams, design authorities and standards forums to ensure disciplined decision-making
- Monitor sector trends and translate insights into mentorship and investments
- Coordinate development of EA guidelines, workflows, and tools with embedded GxP validation
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology providers and integrators; build business cases
- Lead 5–8 architects and foster communities of practice across global sites
- Proven enterprise design leadership across Business, Data, AI/ML, Application and Technology in Pharmaceutical Technology, QC and Global QA
- Ability to define architecture strategy, standards and 1–5 year roadmaps
- Authority to govern strategic architecture decisions and sign off blueprint work
- Experience aligning capabilities with business objectives and reducing risk and cost
- Active participation in cross-functional decision bodies and governance forums
- Demonstrated championing of enterprise architecture initiatives and trend analysis
- Leadership of EA standards, processes and tooling with embedded GxP validation and data reliability measures
- Experience building partnerships with technology suppliers and system integrators; evaluating products and shaping cases
- Commitment to mentoring and capability development; leadership of teams and matrix leadership across domains
- Global remit experience across Ru0026D, Manufacturing/Tech Ops and Supply Chain
