You will be a visible advocate for quality and a driver of scalable QA practices that support the franchise’s growth.

• Lead Mobile and Console QA u0026 Deployment program across multiple disciplines (Functionality QA, Dev QA, Live Ops QA, Build Distribution and Submissions)
• Provide leadership and career development for multiple QA Project Owners and grow QA skillsets
• Develop and monitor team metrics to measure quality and drive process improvements
• Advocate for Automation Engineering and AI in QA pipelines; communicate progress and risks to stakeholders
• Maintain strong cross-functional communication with internal and external development, QA and Localization partners
• Coordinate with DPMs and Dev QA to plan and schedule quality activities
• Improve efficiency and effectiveness of QA u0026 Deployment through evaluating practices and adopting new strategies
• Be the internal advocate for QA u0026 Deployment and ensure quality is central to product development
• Contribute to performance evaluations with objective feedback for individuals and teams

• 10+ years in quality assurance
• 6+ years of management experience leading a game development QA team
• Excellent English written and verbal communication
• Experience building and managing a end-to-end QA organization for critical systems
• Experience working with external QA vendors and influencing testing strategies
• Experience with remote and globally distributed teams
• Ability to interact with Senior Management and build strong stakeholder relationships
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines
• Experience managing bug defect solutions and test plans
• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA techniques, frameworks, and methodologies
• Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools and transitioning to AI-native approaches
• Proficiency with bug databases, test case management tools, Google Docs/Sheets/Excel, AppCenter and JIRA
• Mobile Freemium/F2P gaming experience
