In this senior role within ServiZurich, you will lead investment subledger processes, apply IFRS expertise, and drive reliable reporting. You will push automation and standardization to improve governance and data quality, partnering with Finance, Investment Management, and Operations.

The role combines technical accounting leadership with cross‑functional collaboration to support strategic decision‑making. You will shape how investment information is produced and trusted across the organization, in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
  • Lead and oversee investment subledger activities, ensuring accurate configuration and operation of subledger system processes
  • Execute and review monthly close and reporting, delivering investment reports to stakeholders and auditors
  • Serve as escalation point for complex issues, conducting root cause analysis and driving corrective actions
  • Act as senior technical accounting contributor in monthly hard-close cycles for timely, high‑quality results
  • Apply IFRS knowledge to analyze instrument behavior, validate results, and address audit and reporting inquiries
  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve reporting quality and internal controls
  • Drive digitalization and automation using tools like Power BI, Power Automate, Python, and AI agents
  • Contribute to development and maintenance of internal controls and QA processes across investment accounting and reporting
  • Provide technical coaching to Associates and Senior Associates to ensure consistent policy application
  • Collaborate with experts across technological domains to enhance capabilities
Responsabilidades
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years in Investment Accounting or Finance (or 7–10+ years with HS)
  • Demonstrated IFRS knowledge applied to investment accounting
  • Experience with fixed income, structured products, private debt, and alternative assets
  • Proficiency in data analytics and ability to derive insights from data
  • Experience with Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) to support decision-making
  • Strong written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders
  • Advanced influencing and stakeholder management across Finance, Investment Management, and Operations
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset driving operational efficiency
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience in transformation, automation, and process improvement in investment accounting/reporting
  • Preferred: CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent; US Statutory/Tax experience; SAP/BW or other subledger platforms; coaching skills
