• Lead the budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes aligned with site and group requirements
• Support monthly reporting cycles, year-end statutory accounts, and audits in collaboration with the Financial Controller/Finance Director
• Conduct regular cost center reviews with department managers to drive cost efficiency and action plans
• Support procurement with cost center managers, assisting tendering and supplier relationships as appropriate
• Assist Iberia Leadership Team and Commercial Finance Director with investment appraisal and investment memos
• Monitor Customer Profitability to inform decision-making
• Prepare costing of services to assist commercial pricing decisions
• Develop and deliver analysis that supports the leadership team and produces regular KPIs for internal and group use
• Present business results on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis as requested
• Lead and develop the FPu0026A team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
• Handle ad hoc requests from the Director of Operations and Leadership Team

• 5+ years in a senior Management Accounting role
• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification
• Experience with budgeting and reporting systems (Hyperion, Essbase, or equivalent)
• Strong written and verbal communication for financial documents and presentations
• Ability to influence, challenge and motivate across all levels of the business
• Pragmatic, solution-focused mindset; team player with a collaborative approach
• Proven ability to create innovative financial solutions and drive change
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and maintain controls; proactive and energetic attitude
