Experteer Overview

In this role you help enable the Private Credit Insurance business within Santander CIB by coordinating with brokers and insurers to close transactions and manage the lifecycle. You will support cross-functional teams to secure approvals, reconcile and settle deals, and monitor ongoing transactions with Middle Office support.

The position sits in a team focused on distributing bank asset classes through insurance channels, contributing to a risk-conscious, client-centric transformation. You will work in a hybrid Madrid-based setting and have opportunities to grow through learning platforms and diverse career paths.

Responsabilidades

Familiar with various Global Banking and Global Transactional Banking products
Previous experience related to Private Credit Insurance (preferred)
Fluent in English and Spanish
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proactivity, creativity, initiative
High commitment in a demanding environment
Bachelor in Finance (or related fields)
