Experteer Overview

You’ll build a high-performing Spain team and establish scalable processes to maximize revenue and impact. This is a chance to influence a fast-moving business and position Glovo as a leader in on-demand media.

• Own the relationship with Media Agencies and grow Joint Business Plans
• Set up sales, operations, and growth processes for partnerships with Global Brands and Media agencies
• Execute the Spain media advertising strategy with HQ support and influence technology to support advertisers
• Transform the Spain team into a best-in-class, globally recognized on-demand media advertising unit
• Oversee media campaigns (Sampling, Programmatic, Retail Media) and coordinate cross-department execution
• Analyze results, produce insights and reports to inform stakeholders and drive loyalty
• Build and lead a team of media specialists, managing performance and development
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to advance the Ads agenda at Glovo
• Maintain relationships with C-level executives of Brands & Agencies
• Be the ultimate P&L owner of Ads Revenues

• 7+ years in digital advertising sales, preferably retail media marketing
• Experience in a senior role with team management, project management, and budget ownership
• Excellent commercial skills and ability to engage with clients
• Strong persuasive communication and client needs understanding
• Data-driven decision making and business judgment
• Ownership mindset, action bias, and deadline orientation
• High standards for deliverables and team performance
• Ambition, energy, and ability to inspire others
• FMCG exposure is a plus
• Agency and retail media marketing experience is a must
