In this role you will lead a Retail Account Management team to grow revenue with strategic retailers, while maximizing asset productivity and delivering sustainable value. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement strategic plans, improve supply chain efficiency, and drive adoption of innovative solutions.The position sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and finance, shaping partnerships that deliver mutual benefit for CHEP and retailers. Compensaciones / Beneficios- Lead and mentor the Retail Account Management team to sustain high performance and improve asset recovery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain succession planning and manage performance to develop talent
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with CHEP and retail partner goals
- Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with key retail accounts using market insights to tailor value propositions
- Track KPIs such as asset productivity, pallet recovery, and cycle time to meet targets
- Collaborate with finance, legal, supply chain, and customer service to ensure strategic execution
- Drive adoption of new technologies and tools to boost team performance and efficiency
- Build trust-based relationships across multiple levels within retail organizations to position CHEP as a partner of choice
- Lead process improvements and foster continuous learning and innovation
- University graduate (Business or Engineering preferred)
- MBA or MSc in a business-related discipline (advantageous)
- 10 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics management or customer service with leading teams
- Experience with financial metrics, KPIs, and cross-functional management
- Influence in matrix/cross-functional environments
- Strong people management, coaching, and talent development skills
- Excellent communication and audience engagement
- Negotiation, collaboration, solution selling, and relationship-building abilities
- Strong analytical thinking and strategic mindset
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SAP and business intelligence familiarity
- Languages: English and Spanish
