In this role you will lead a Retail Account Management team to grow revenue with strategic retailers, while maximizing asset productivity and delivering sustainable value. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement strategic plans, improve supply chain efficiency, and drive adoption of innovative solutions.

  • Lead and mentor the Retail Account Management team to sustain high performance and improve asset recovery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain succession planning and manage performance to develop talent
  • Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with CHEP and retail partner goals
  • Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with key retail accounts using market insights to tailor value propositions
  • Track KPIs such as asset productivity, pallet recovery, and cycle time to meet targets
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, supply chain, and customer service to ensure strategic execution
  • Drive adoption of new technologies and tools to boost team performance and efficiency
  • Build trust-based relationships across multiple levels within retail organizations to position CHEP as a partner of choice
  • Lead process improvements and foster continuous learning and innovation
Responsabilidades
  • University graduate (Business or Engineering preferred)
  • MBA or MSc in a business-related discipline (advantageous)
  • 10 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics management or customer service with leading teams
  • Experience with financial metrics, KPIs, and cross-functional management
  • Influence in matrix/cross-functional environments
  • Strong people management, coaching, and talent development skills
  • Excellent communication and audience engagement
  • Negotiation, collaboration, solution selling, and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong analytical thinking and strategic mindset
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SAP and business intelligence familiarity
  • Languages: English and Spanish
