Project Manager - Tech Industry
Reporting to the Manager of the division, your main responsibilities will be:
Process Management Optimization:
Lead the end-to-end funding approval workflowDevelop and implement standardized processes for funding request evaluation
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Design and maintain tracking systems for funding requests and approvals
Decision Making
Evaluate funding proposals for financial viability and alignment with organizational objectivesConduct thorough analysis of funding requests using established criteria
Make data-driven recommendations for funding approvals
Monitor and analyze approval trends to inform process improvements
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organizationCollaborate with finance, operations, and business units to understand funding needs
Provide regular updates to senior management on program status and metrics
Lead cross-functional meetings to address funding-related challenges
Compliance Risk Management
Ensure all approvals align with organizational policies and regulatory requirementsDevelop and maintain documentation of approval processes and decisions
Identify and mitigate potential risks in the funding approval process
Stay current with internal policies
Able to start ASAPTrack record of managing complex approval processes on IT, Operations or Finance
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field- 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in IT, Finance or Operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
