• Examine each deal in depth, understanding its specific features and challenges to determine its overall financial viability.
• Engage proactively in both internal and external meetings connected to the design and structuring of transactions.
• Work in close partnership with cross‑functional teams-Engineering, Cost Estimation, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Sustainability, Treasury, and Operations-to ensure seamless coordination.
• Produce and deliver financial materials such as strategy presentations, financing plans, cash‑flow forecasts, export documentation, information memorandum, and credit submissions.
• Build advanced Excel‑based financial models incorporating DCF valuations, IRR computations, forecasting, and sensitivity testing.
• Assist in negotiations of preliminary arrangements and expressions of interest with financial institutions.
• Liaise with external financial advisors and draft internal briefs to support management decision‑making.
• Identify risks, track transaction milestones, and contribute to achieving a timely and efficient financial close.
• Provide support to senior leadership in both strategic planning and day‑to‑day operational matters.
• Compile and maintain updated progress reports covering projects and transactions.
• Participate in establishing KPIs, performance indicators, and reporting frameworks.
• Recommend and execute enhancements to existing processes.
• Carry out additional tasks aligned with the scope of the role.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6-8 years of experience in structured financial roles, with strong financial modelling capabilities and deep familiarity with core financial principles and statements.
• Advanced command of Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare high‑quality analyses and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated analytical strength, strong communication abilities, and confidence working across diverse, fast‑paced, multicultural environments.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese and/or French are a strong advantage.

• Annual gross salary between €75,000 and €80,000.
