In this role you drive and govern complex technical programs at Appfire, bridging business goals with engineering work across global teams. You guide cross-functional initiatives, ensure stakeholder alignment, and deliver high-quality outcomes with structured plans and risk-aware execution.You’ll lead transformations like CRM/data model changes, ERP tool rollouts, and enterprise integrations, while advancing PMO standards and AI-powered delivery. This remote, multi-timezone role centers on impactful, scalable delivery.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Lead and manage complex technical initiatives across IT, engineering, and enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Atlassian, NetSuite)
- Drive initiatives including OKR implementation, M&A integrations, and enterprise system redesigns
- Partner with engineers, architects, and security teams during implementations, integrations, and migrations
- Facilitate clear alignment of business goals with technical decisions and deliverables
- Translate business goals into defined scope, milestones, risks, and decision points
- Provide tailored, outcome-focused reporting for various stakeholders
- Maintain PMO standards and improve templates, reporting, and ways of working
- Provide structured feedback to Product teams and explore AI/automation for delivery improvements
- Contribute to PM Community of Practice and promote innovation within the PMO
- Support global, multi-timezone collaboration and adapt communications for different audiences
- 5+ years leading complex, enterprise-wide technical initiatives end-to-end
- Technical fluency to engage with engineers, architects, and security teams
- Demonstrated experience applying AI and automation in project management
- Experience working across global, remote, multi-timezone teams
- Strong execution discipline and proactive risk management
- Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with OKR-driven or outcome-based environments
- Experience contributing to process improvements
